To make a reservation:

1. Verify that the dates you want are available.  Please check the availability calendar above.
2. Email us at jeff_94501@yahoo.com or call 704-575-3912 to you’re your reservation and provide the following information:

·         Name;

·         Address;

·         Phone numbers;

·         Email address

Check-in:

1. Check-in on arrival date anytime after 4PM (may be earlier if room is ready but can only guarantee at 4PM).
2. I will mail you the keys, reservation confirmation and up to 2 parking passes a few weeks before your arrival date.

 Conditions:
Deposit of $200.00 is due within 2 weeks of making your reservation.  Balance owed will be rental rate above less deposit amount and is due at least 30 days of the arrival date. In the event of cancellation of your reservation, your deposit and all amounts paid are refundable (minus a $100 processing fee) if canceled at least 15 days before arrival date (if canceled within 15 days of arrival then all amounts paid will be returned except for $200 deposit). Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. Sorry but no pets allowed. No smoking in the unit. Maximum Occupancy of 6 adults is not to be exceeded (or no more than 4 adults and 4 kids).
