To make a reservation:

1. Verify that the dates you want are available.  Please check the availability calendar above.
2. Email us at jeff_94501@yahoo.com or call 704-575-3912 to you’re your reservation and provide the following information:

·         Name;

·         Address;

·         Phone numbers;

·         Email address

3. I will contact the onsite property manager and pass along your information.
4. The onsite property manager will call you to confirm you reservation and ask for a credit card number for your deposit (see below).

 Check-in:

1. Check-in on arrival date anytime after 4PM (may be earlier if room is ready but can only guarantee at 4PM).
2. Go directly to onsite property manager (1st building on left) to make payment via credit card for remaining balance.  Credit card will also be used for security deposit purposes (no charge unless damages to the room).
3. Onsite manager will provide you with the key to the unit and up to 2 parking passes.

 Conditions:
Payment of $200 via credit card is due within three days of booking which goes towards rental price. Remainder of the balance due upon check in.  Check-in time is 4PM, check out is by 11AM. Refunds only if cancelled with at least two weeks prior to arrival date less $25 cancellation fee. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. Sorry but no pets allowed. No smoking in the unit. Maximum Occupancy of 6 adults is not to be exceeded (or no more than 4 adults and 4 kids).
